The Tac-Con Raptor is ATF approved and is not an NFA part.But, if you were to pay an additional 250 (500 as opposed to 250 for some other brand) and purchase a Tac-con, you could, with some practice, find yourself shooting in the 650-750 RPM range. And you would still have 5900 dollars (excluding NFA fees) in your pocket, vs the cost of a Lightning Link.
